Simply put, Constant Contact sucks. I don’t even understand how this piece of crap site is still around. People, if you want to do email marketing, Mail Chimp is the best one out there. Clients and agencies, please take note.

oh man, honk if you hate constant contact! i’m a small agency, working for a very small merchants association for a village of 97 people. constant contact will not grant us the benefit of their services because some old email address for one of the 30 businesses in town was flagged as a spammer. know one can say who or where or when, but i’m begging for business? after spending 6 hours perfecting a CC campaign only to be told that my account has been suspended? what? 5 phone calls, 6 idiots all treating me like it’s a privilege to use them? thanks for reminding me about mail chimp, they are great!
I agree with you 120% I used to use constant contact all the time until I saw mailchimp was free for 500 emails or less. I like how you can input html code from templates on themeforest.net
